Shipping

When we receive your order, it is processed within 24-48 hrs (depending on stock availability). After the order is processed, we will ship your order to you or to the shipping address you have provided on the order form. We ship the orders via UPS during our business days, Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm Mountain Standard Time. Regular orders may take 2-4 weeks for delivery. Availability

The quantity available for purchase is stated under each product. So for many items, we may only have 1 in stock. Our inventory can change daily and 2 Pink Shoes will contact you if an item that you have ordered is out of stock and when it will be available. All of our work is hand crafted and will vary slightly. Please note that we may charge an additional fee if the design you choose is significantly different from the original item on the web site.

Returns

Please make your purchase carefully, as almost all shoes are made to order. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the shipping date. The shoes must be unworn, in the original packaging with the receipt and original tags. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of shipping date for a $25.00 fee plus shipping. All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by 2 Pink Shoes. Please email Annie@2PinkShoes.com.

Return Policy for Custom Orders

Shoes that are created as a custom design are not returnable unless they arrive to you damaged. 2 Pink Shoes will approve all custom designs by the buyer before proceeding with a custom order. Please email Annie@2PinkShoes.com with any questions.

Taxes

Arizona State sales tax and City of Scottsdale sales tax will be added to your order. When ordering on line PayPal will include the appropriate sales tax upon check-out.

Photography

Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.

Payment Options

2 Pink Shoes has several options available for ordering:

-Mail-in order form. Click on the link*, fill in all of your information on the form including the item numbers you wish to order, print the form and mail to the address located at the bottom of the form. Remember to include your payment. Company or personal checks and cashiers checks are preferred. Do not send cash. 2 Pink Shoes also accepts Pay pal.

-On line payment. Simply click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you wish to order. For your convenience we offer on line payment through PayPal. PayPal is a fast, easy, safe and secure. When you send money with PayPal, your financial information is never shared, and is protected using the highest level of encryption commercially available. PayPal is owned by eBay and processes millions of transactions. First-time users of PayPal will need to setup a PayPal account.
